Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the batches taught by Pranav Golechha described on this site: the CBSE Class 12 Commerce Exam Batch 2027, and the Class 11 Exam-Oriented Batch. By booking a seat, you confirm that you have read them.

1. The batches

  • Class 11 CBSE batch, 2:30 PM to 4:40 PM IST, and Class 12 CBSE batch, 7:30 PM to 9:40 PM IST: classes begin 16 November 2026, Monday to Saturday (no classes on Sunday), three live sessions of 40 minutes a day, plus one extra hour for doubts on Saturdays (mixed doubts, or one subject in rotation each week). Sunday is free, and an emergency doubt session may be held on a Sunday when needed. Classes are taught primarily in English, with a touch of Hindi. The last class is currently estimated for 7 February 2027 and may change.
  • Class 11 Commerce Exam-Oriented Batch (English): Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics and English, running from 19 October 2026 to 8 February 2027.
  • Classes are taught live by Pranav Golechha personally.
  • These batches are independent. They are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, CBSE.

2. Booking your seat

  • Seats are limited and are booked in the order payment is completed. There is no separate selection step: paying at the time you apply books your seat, subject to a seat still being available at that moment.
  • One booking per student. Details used for one batch cannot be used again for another.
  • You must give true details. A booking with false details may be cancelled.
  • If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must agree to your booking, and the fee is paid by them on your behalf.

3. Fee and payment

  • The fee (₹9,999 per student per batch during the festive offer, which ends at 11:59 PM IST on the date shown for that batch on its booking page) is payable in full, in one payment, at the time of booking. The price shown on the batch page is the price you pay.
  • Payment is collected through Razorpay, a licensed, RBI-regulated payment aggregator, on Razorpay's own secure page. We never see, receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. We will never ask you for a card number, PIN or OTP.
  • Once Razorpay confirms your payment, we email you your admission status. Admission depends on the places available when your payment is received. If you are not admitted into the batch, the full amount is refunded within seven working days.
  • If a payment is started but not completed, no seat is booked and nothing is charged.

4. Refunds

  • No refund once you are admitted. When your admission is confirmed and your payment is received, the fee is final and not refundable, whatever the reason, and whether you cancel or stop attending before or after classes begin. A seat released by a student who cancels is offered to another student, and this does not create any refund.
  • You are refunded only where the problem is on our side: if you are not admitted into the batch, the full amount (100%) is refunded within seven working days; if a batch does not start or is cancelled by us, the full amount is refunded; if we stop a batch before it is completed, you receive a refund for the part not delivered; and a payment made in error, or paid twice, is refunded.
  • You confirm that you have read this refund policy by ticking a separate box before you pay.

5. Being in the batch

  • Your place, class access, recordings and notes are for you alone. Please do not share, copy, record, resell or publish them.
  • Session recordings are available if a class is missed for a genuine reason.
  • Please behave respectfully in class. A student who seriously disrupts the batch may be removed.

6. No guarantee of marks

We teach to help you do your best, but we cannot promise any mark, rank or result. Results depend on your effort and on many things outside our control. This batch does not replace your school or the CBSE syllabus.

7. Ownership

All notes, materials and recordings belong to Pranav Golechha and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for anything connected with the batch is limited to the fee you paid.

11. Changes

If these terms change, the new version and its date will be published here. The version you agreed to when you applied is recorded with your application.
